I will be calculating Momoshiki’s feat in the Boruto Movie Novelisation where Momoshiki absorbs chakra from beyond his dimension. Which is a cannon feat.

Momoshiki absorbs chakra from beyond his dimension. His dimension should have stars since it has light even though thick clouds cover the sky. Also he should out-scale her via statements from Kaguya herself, Momoshiki and Saskue.
Why there is a star in his dimension?

His dimension should have stars.
We are not given an exact time frame, but we can say for sure it took less than a min for the chakra to go from beyond his dimension to the planet if not a few seconds via the anime since it happened while he was transforming. At least a minute.
His dimension should be Multi Solar system Level the anime shows it as so (the stars are circled in red) ⭕️
Calculation[]
We know Naruto’s world has a starry sky it’s shown several times.
Momoshiki creates a dimension which was a starry sky and is stated by Saskue and Naruto to be parallel to the real dimension.
In the movie novelisation it is stated he is absorbing chakra from "beyond" that "parallel dimension he created"
For this calculation I will be using:
A Lower End of the closest star from our solar system which is Alpha Centauri at 4.3 Light Years away or 40680000000000 km away.
Note that its likely the distance should be far greater than this because there are several stars.
A Higher End of average star distance that human can see in starry night: (4 to 4000 light years)/2 = 2002 light years or 18940000000000000 km

Using the timeframe given to us in the anime for Momoshiki's transformation we can see he finishes transforming and attacks the God Tree within 20 seconds. But because y’all hate Naruto I’ll say one minute for zero complaints.
Note a suppressed Sasuke react and can't stop Momoshiki from doing this so its Likely higher. So we are Low balling further by not using cinematic time but instead real life time.

Higher (1 Min) (Most accurate because it uses the average visible star) (Note the time frame should also be lower)

Conclusion[]
More likely the high end. Of course this is a Boruto Movie Novelisation feat which is canon since it’s not retconned and is still on the official Timeline with the Resuden Novels however it’s not shown in the Manga or Anime. Also it possible this feat is inaccessible for coming from beyond Momoshiki’s dimension.
